(1)氣門漏氣響
(1) Valve leakage sound
氣門漏氣響在氣門室外,在高負(fù)荷、低轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)較為明顯,響聲隨負(fù)荷增加而增強(qiáng),主要原因是在鉸削氣門座時(shí),由于操作不當(dāng)或氣門導(dǎo)管內(nèi)孔磨損過(guò)甚,使氣門座歪斜或氣門間隙小,致使氣門燒蝕引起氣門關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)而漏氣響。
The sound of valve leakage occurs outside the valve chamber, and is more pronounced at high loads and low speeds. The sound increases with the increase of load, mainly due to improper operation or excessive wear of the valve guide hole when reaming the valve seat, which causes the valve seat to tilt or the valve clearance to be small, resulting in valve burning and causing the valve to close loosely, resulting in leakage sound.

1調(diào)整好的氣門間隙有變動(dòng)(鎖止不牢、氣門桿與驅(qū)動(dòng)件之間磨損),氣門未調(diào)整好。

2氣門調(diào)整螺釘磨損,鎖緊螺母松動(dòng),氣門間隙過(guò)大或不一致。
