使用燃氣發(fā)電機組的益處有哪些?

燃氣發(fā)電機組電子點火系統(tǒng)由點火信號發(fā)生器、點火放大模塊、點火線圈、高壓阻尼線、火花塞組成。按照發(fā)動機各缸的工作需要,信號發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生與曲軸位置相對應的電壓脈沖信號,點火放大模塊根據(jù)電壓脈沖信號及時接通秘斷開點火線圈初級回路,使點火線圈次級產(chǎn)生高壓,經(jīng)高壓阻尼線,火花塞在燃燒室內產(chǎn)生火花,點燃混合氣。
The electronic ignition system of gas generator set consists of ignition signal generator, ignition amplifier module, ignition coil, high voltage damping wire and spark plug. According to the working needs of each cylinder of the engine, the signal generator generates voltage pulse signal corresponding to the position of the crankshaft. The ignition amplification module switches on and off the primary circuit of the ignition coil in time according to the voltage pulse signal, so that the secondary ignition coil generates high voltage. Through the high-voltage damping line, the spark plug generates sparks in the combustion chamber and ignites the mixture.

信號發(fā)生器安裝時,信號發(fā)生傳感器底部與測速盤之間的間隙為0.5mm±0.12mm,安裝時可先將傳感器旋至測速盤端面,然后退出約1/2圈,再鎖緊緊固螺母即可。
When the signal generator is installed, the gap between the bottom of the signal generator sensor and the speed plate is 0.5 mm ± 0.12 mm. During the installation, the sensor can be rotated to the end face of the speed plate, then withdraw about 1 / 2 turn, and then lock the fastening nut.
點火單元(四缸機)輸出線A、B、C、D分別接第1、3、4、2缸點火線圈正極,輸出線E接各個點火圈負極,差在1、4缸線圈負極處接至機體。點火單 元(6缸機)輸出線A、B、C、D、E、F分別接1、5、3、6、2、4缸點火線圈正極,輸出線J接各個點火線圈負極,并在1、6缸線圈負極處接至機體。
