The basic working principle and composition of the electronic control system of natural gas engine are analyzed, including air intake system and natural gas supply system. Based on GT power, the one-dimensional simulation average model of natural gas engine is established, including using neural network to train the relationship between relevant variables and calibrate the relevant loss. Then the relationship between natural gas engine and generator is analyzed On the basis of matching, the control strategy of gas generator set is studied, and the control strategy of electronic control system of natural gas engine is designed and simulated based on PID control and neural network control algorithm. The results show that the designed control strategy can better realize the speed control of natural gas engine and ensure the working stability of gas generator set.
