1、拆下噴油泵一調(diào)速器總成缸的高壓油管，把調(diào)速器上的手柄鎖定在柴油發(fā)電機組供油量位置上。

1. Remove the high-pressure oil pipe of the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump governor assembly, and lock the handle on the governor at the maximum fuel supply position of the diesel generator set.

2、按柴油發(fā)電機組的運轉(zhuǎn)方向扳動飛輪，在轉(zhuǎn)動過程中觀察噴油泵缸的供油情況，當發(fā)現(xiàn)缸的油面剛剛波動時停止轉(zhuǎn)動曲軸。

3、若飛輪殼上的指針所對應(yīng)飛輪上的供油度數(shù)與該型號柴油機規(guī)定的供油角度不符時，可松開噴油泵結(jié)合盤上的兩個鎖緊螺釘，然后轉(zhuǎn)動曲軸，使指針對準規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)的角度，緊固兩個固定螺釘即可。

3. 濟柴柴油發(fā)電機組產(chǎn)生振動原因原因一：濰坊柴油發(fā)電機組轉(zhuǎn)動部分不平衡，首要是轉(zhuǎn)子、耦合器、聯(lián)軸器、傳動輪（制動輪）不平衡致使的。處置辦法是先找好轉(zhuǎn)子平衡。如果有大型傳動輪、制動輪、耦合器、聯(lián)軸器，應(yīng)與轉(zhuǎn)子分隔獨自找好平衡。再有即是轉(zhuǎn)變有些機械松動形成的。如：鐵心支架松動，斜鍵、銷釘失效松動，轉(zhuǎn)子綁扎不緊都會形成轉(zhuǎn)變有些不平衡。
