1、噴油器工作不正常,如霧化不良、滴油、噴油壓力過高或過低以及噴油時間過早或過遲、噴油量過多,均會使部分燃料燃燒不完全。

所謂柴油發(fā)電機(jī)積碳實際上是柴油和竄入燃燒室的機(jī)油不完全燃燒的產(chǎn)物,在柴油機(jī)活塞的頂部、燃燒室壁和氣門周圍產(chǎn)生積炭是較為常見的現(xiàn)象。大量的積炭會對柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的性能是由一定的影響的,其更終的表現(xiàn)是:使燃燒不良、傳熱惡化并降低噴油器工作的可靠性。
