沼氣發(fā)電機停機時的注意事項
隨著能源儲備量的減少，發(fā)掘其他方式的發(fā)電技術就顯得異常重要了。沼氣發(fā)電機在這背景下運用而生。那么沼氣發(fā)電機停機時有哪些需要注意的呢

首先要做的是卸載：
The first thing to do is uninstall:
沼氣發(fā)電機機組停機前，要先卸去負荷。
Before stopping the biogas generator unit, the load must be removed first.
怠速運轉：額定轉速下運轉幾分鐘，初步冷卻后，再將怠速/額定轉換開關置于“怠速”位置，使機組怠速運轉,使其水溫和油溫降下來。
Idle running: Run at rated speed for a few minutes, after initial cooling, place the idle/rated transfer switch in the "idle" position to idle the unit and lower its water and oil temperatures.
切斷氣源：當機組“水溫”“油溫”降低到60℃以下后，關閉手動
Cut off the air source: When the "water temperature" and "oil temperature" of the unit decrease to below 60 ℃, turn off the manual mode
燃氣閥門。剩余的燃氣可使機組繼續(xù)運轉12分鐘，

燃氣耗盡后，機組將自動停機。
After the gas is depleted, the unit will automatically shut down.
停機后，將控制屏面板上的鑰匙關閉。

燃氣等不測事故，正常狀況下嚴禁帶負荷停機。

緊急停機。正常運轉的

發(fā)電機組，未按正常停機步驟停機都屬于緊急停機。主要有兩種狀況：
A generator set that fails to shut down according to normal shutdown steps is considered an emergency shutdown. There are two main situations:
發(fā)電機組因超速油壓低等毛病緣由，自行報警停機。(2)在運用過程中，遇到危及人身及設備平安的緊急狀況時，發(fā)電運轉人員按下“緊急停車”按鈕，人為機組停車。
The generator set automatically alarms and shuts down due to issues such as overspeed and low oil pressure. (2) In the process of operation, when encountering emergency situations that endanger personal and equipment safety, the power generation operator presses the "Emergency Stop" button to manually stop the unit.
緊急停機的處置措施：切斷電源，用盤車工具人力盤轉曲軸，同時用手動機油泵泵油，帶機組水溫油溫降至60℃以下后，在停止檢查處置。
Emergency shutdown measures: Cut off the power supply, manually turn the crankshaft with a turning tool, and use a manual oil pump to pump oil. After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop to below 60 ℃, stop inspection and disposal.
