使用天燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組應(yīng)該注意什么呢？
正值冬季，天氣氣溫低，在使用天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的時(shí)候容易出現(xiàn)機(jī)組汽缸蓋易裂縫漏水的故障，其主要原因時(shí)什么？在冬季用戶(hù)使用天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的時(shí)候應(yīng)該怎樣預(yù)防氣缸的開(kāi)裂呢？
It is winter and the weather and temperature are low. When using the natural gas generator unit, it is easy to crack and leak the cylinder head of the unit. What are the main reasons? How to prevent cylinder cracking when users use natural gas generator sets in winter?
1.天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，冷卻水不足或水箱開(kāi)鍋機(jī)溫過(guò)高，突然加入冷卻水。
1. When the natural gas generator unit is running, the cooling water is insufficient or the boiling machine temperature in the water tank is too high, and the cooling water is suddenly added.
2.起動(dòng)后我們才加入冷卻水，天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組起動(dòng)后，機(jī)內(nèi)的溫度就會(huì)越來(lái)越高，如果這時(shí)加入冷卻水，汽缸體與汽缸蓋急劇冷卻，就會(huì)因冷縮而裂縫。
2. We only add cooling water after starting. After the natural gas generator set is started, the temperature in the machine will be higher and higher. If cooling water is added at this time, the cylinder block and cylinder head will cool sharply, and cracks will be caused by cold shrinkage.
3.天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)內(nèi)溫度高，停車(chē)后立即放掉高溫水。會(huì)導(dǎo)致高溫零件驟遇冷空氣而開(kāi)裂。
3. The natural gas generator runs for a long time and the temperature in the generator is high. Drain the high-temperature water immediately after shutdown. It will cause high-temperature parts to crack suddenly when encountering cold air.
4.停機(jī)后，沒(méi)有放冷卻水。機(jī)內(nèi)水凍結(jié)成冰，體積增大，發(fā)生汽缸體和汽缸蓋脹裂。
4. No cooling water was discharged after shutdown. The water in the machine freezes into ice, the volume increases, and the cylinder block and cylinder head expand and crack.
5.使用減壓機(jī)停機(jī)，使高溫的氣缸蓋突然遇到寒冷空氣而導(dǎo)致開(kāi)裂。

防止各類(lèi)汽缸體和汽缸蓋開(kāi)裂有以下方法：
There are the following methods to prevent cracking of various cylinder blocks and cylinder heads:
1.起動(dòng)天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組前，應(yīng)先給水箱加入溫?zé)崴?，?yán)冬季節(jié)要灌注熱水2~3次，待放水閥中流出的水約30~50℃時(shí)起動(dòng)為佳。
1. Before starting the natural gas generator set, warm hot water shall be added to the water tank. In severe winter, hot water shall be injected 2 ~ 3 times. It is better to start when the water flowing out of the drain valve is about 30 ~ 50 ℃.
2.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)時(shí)，停機(jī)后應(yīng)等待半個(gè)小時(shí)左右，機(jī)溫下降到40~50℃時(shí)再放冷卻水。放完水后用細(xì)鐵絲捅通放水閥開(kāi)關(guān)，防止沉淀物堵塞放水閥。
2. When the engine runs for a long time, wait for about half an hour after shutdown, and drain the cooling water when the engine temperature drops to 40 ~ 50 ℃. After draining, poke the drain valve switch with a fine iron wire to prevent sediment from blocking the drain valve.
3.天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)熱嚴(yán)重缺水時(shí)，應(yīng)讓柴油機(jī)低速空轉(zhuǎn)10~15分鐘，然后再慢慢加入冷卻水。
3. When the natural gas generator set is overheated and seriously short of water, let the diesel engine idle at low speed for 10 ~ 15 minutes, and then slowly add cooling water.
