瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器使用注意事項(xiàng)
使用瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組時(shí)，注意增壓器的使用:
When using gas generator set, pay attention to the use of supercharger:
增壓器工作在高速、高溫、高速、高溫、低溫條件下。渦輪進(jìn)口溫度可高達(dá)650°，額定轉(zhuǎn)速為27500r/min。

1. 對(duì)于新使用或維修過的增壓器，在安裝前應(yīng)使用手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子檢查轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)情況。正常情況下，轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)輕、靈活、無干擾、無異常聲音;
1. For the newly used or repaired supercharger, the manual rotor shall be used to check the rotation of the rotor before installation. Under normal conditions, the rotor shall be light, flexible, without interference and abnormal sound;
2. 連接潤(rùn)滑管路，保持潤(rùn)滑油路暢通，采用浮動(dòng)軸承，對(duì)潤(rùn)滑油要求高，工作正常，油壓應(yīng)保持在300kpa至500kPa之間，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速時(shí)，增壓器油壓不應(yīng)低于80kPa;
2. Connect the lubricating pipeline, keep the lubricating oil pipeline unblocked, adopt floating bearing, have high requirements for lubricating oil, work normally, keep the oil pressure between 300kPa and 500kPa, when the engine is idling, the oil pressure of supercharger shall not be less than 80kPa;
3.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，注意增壓器入口的壓力。壓力必須在3秒內(nèi)顯示出來。否則增壓器會(huì)因缺乏潤(rùn)滑油而燒壞。
3. After the engine is started, pay attention to the pressure at the supercharger inlet. The pressure must be displayed in 3 seconds. Otherwise, the supercharger will burn out due to lack of lubricating oil.
4. 增壓器的渦輪殼處于高溫狀態(tài)，操作人員應(yīng)注意避免高溫燙傷。

5. 調(diào)節(jié)壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥時(shí)，逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)以降低壓力，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)以增加壓力。
5. When adjusting the pressure regulating valve, turn it anticlockwise to reduce the pressure and clockwise to increase the pressure.
