目前，中高壓的瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)一般都裝有中冷器。中冷器實(shí)際上就是個(gè)熱交換器，它是安裝在渦輪增壓器與燃燒室之間。當(dāng)瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器的增壓比較高的時(shí)候，進(jìn)氣溫度也比較高，讓空氣的密度下降。中冷器是用于冷卻增壓空氣，降低增壓之后的進(jìn)氣的溫度。增壓空氣在中冷器中一般可以降低25到60℃。一方面可以提高充氣的密度，另一方面可以降低進(jìn)氣的氣缸溫度與整個(gè)循環(huán)的平均溫度。
