燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組余熱利用分為兩部門,一是煙氣的余熱利用,二是發(fā)電機(jī)缸套水熱量的利用。具體內(nèi)容華全動(dòng)力介紹!余熱利用有以下幾種利用要領(lǐng):

1、煙氣型。利用煙氣的余熱共同汲取式制冷機(jī)組,給商務(wù)住宅樓制冷。

2、熱水型。利用發(fā)電機(jī)的余熱可以孕育產(chǎn)生90℃乃至更高溫度的熱水。這種要領(lǐng)緊張給厭氧發(fā)酵池保溫或是供生存熱水。
2. Hot water type. Using the waste heat of the generator, hot water of 90 ℃ or even higher temperature can be produced. This key is to keep the anaerobic fermentation tank warm or provide living hot water.
3、蒸汽型。利用煙氣的余熱可以孕育產(chǎn)生飽和蒸汽大概過熱蒸汽。一樣平常,一臺(tái)1MW的沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組,可以孕育產(chǎn)生1.0噸左右,蒸汽壓力為0.6MPa的飽和蒸汽,作為蒸汽利用。
3. Steam type. The waste heat of flue gas can be used to generate saturated steam or superheated steam. As usual, a 1MW biogas generator set can generate about 1.0 tons of saturated steam with steam pressure of 0.6MPa for steam utilization.
4、發(fā)電型。利用發(fā)電機(jī)余熱,共同螺桿膨脹動(dòng)力機(jī)發(fā)電。一臺(tái)1MW的天燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組,利用排煙余熱,可以配置一臺(tái)70KW的螺桿膨脹動(dòng)力機(jī)發(fā)電。
4. Power generation type. Using the waste heat of the generator, the common screw expansion power machine generates electricity. A 1MW natural gas generator set can be equipped with a 70kw screw expansion power machine to generate electricity by using exhaust heat.
將余熱回收系統(tǒng)與發(fā)電機(jī)組集成化安裝于一個(gè)公用地盤上,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組的余熱進(jìn)行回收,燃?xì)饩C合熱效率可達(dá)85%以上。依據(jù)用戶的不同需求,分別可產(chǎn)生熱水、蒸汽以及通過熱吸收機(jī)組制冷。
