發(fā)電機組銅水箱和鋁水箱使用區(qū)別
市面上很多柴油發(fā)電機組好多都采用鋁水箱材質(zhì),我們都知道鋁水箱在導熱性上不及銅水箱,那么在使用壽命上究竟哪個長呢?是不是鋁的熔點低就會影響使用壽命呢?銅的熔點為1084.4℃,鋁的熔點為660.4 ℃,但由于柴油發(fā)電機組中含有過熱保護裝置,所以根本不會達到這個溫度,反而高溫的水對水箱的壽命才是起決定作用的。

The water in our daily lives is not pure water, which contains various ions, especially chloride ions with high concentrations. When copper comes into contact with active ions such as Cl - and SO42- in the water, it will produce reaction products containing these active ions locally and form acids with the water. The dissolution of SO2, CO2, and H2S in the air in water can also reduce local pH values. Invading the copper will accelerate its corrosion, causing pitting corrosion inside the copper water tank and copper hot water pipe.
鋁水箱也不能逃過水的侵蝕,Cl-會破壞鋁的保護膜。Cl-通過鋁表面的細孔或缺陷滲入防護膜,使鋁表面的防護膜呈膠狀而分散,Al2O3保護膜發(fā)生水化作用,變?yōu)樗趸?,使保護作用下降。而且銅零件被腐蝕后生成的Cu2+更會加速鋁的孔蝕,另外空氣中的SO2被鋁表面的水膜吸附,溶解生成H2SO3(亞硫酸)并與氧作用生成H2SO4腐蝕鋁表面。
Aluminum water tanks cannot escape the erosion of water, as Cl - can damage the protective film of aluminum. Cl - penetrates into the protective film through small pores or defects on the aluminum surface, causing the protective film on the aluminum surface to become colloidal and dispersed. The Al2O3 protective film undergoes hydration and becomes hydrated oxide, reducing its protective effect. Moreover, the Cu2+generated after copper parts are corroded will accelerate the pitting corrosion of aluminum. In addition, SO2 in the air is adsorbed by the water film on the aluminum surface, dissolved to generate H2SO3 (sulfite), and reacts with oxygen to generate H2SO4, which corrodes the aluminum surface.

This cycle further exacerbates the corrosion of aluminum. Due to the fact that the corrosion potential sequence of aluminum is much higher than that of copper, under the action of electrolytes such as water, when aluminum comes into contact with these metals, a galvanic couple is formed. Aluminum serves as the anode and is subjected to galvanic corrosion, which will accelerate the corrosion of aluminum. So aluminum water tanks still have a longer lifespan than copper water tanks.
