發(fā)電機(jī)組燃?xì)鈾C(jī)在無負(fù)荷時高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不穩(wěn)定多與調(diào)速器有關(guān)，一般情況下大多數(shù)工作輸出扭矩*大的中速范圍，因?yàn)檫@一轉(zhuǎn)速范圍燃?xì)鈾C(jī)的動力性好且省油。柴油機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)象，其判斷與排除步驟是；檢查穩(wěn)速彈簧是否損壞。穩(wěn)速彈簧既對怠速穩(wěn)定起作用，也對高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生影響。若穩(wěn)速彈簧總成因磨損而卡滯，或因長期使用疲勞而變軟，都必須進(jìn)行修復(fù)或更換。
