發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)快時(shí)慢問題是怎么回事?
發(fā)電機(jī)組在低速和中速的范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)周期較長(zhǎng)且較有規(guī)律的時(shí)快時(shí)慢現(xiàn)象,這是調(diào)速反應(yīng)過分滯后于實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速變化的結(jié)果。其原因主要有以下幾種。
The generator set exhibits a longer and more regular phenomenon of fast and slow speed in the low and medium speed ranges, which is the result of the speed control response lagging too far behind the actual speed change. There are several main reasons for this.
調(diào)速器內(nèi)部杠桿因連接銷孔磨損而松曠
The internal lever of the governor is loose due to wear and tear on the connecting pin hole
這種情況下,使增減供油量的雙向調(diào)速運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生了過多的變向滯后。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí),調(diào)速反應(yīng)是必然滯后于實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速變化的,但滯后量不能太大,否則就會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的調(diào)節(jié)振幅。調(diào)節(jié)振幅過大,即當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速已經(jīng)由于供油量的增減而導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)速升降時(shí)仍將繼續(xù)增減燃油,直到轉(zhuǎn)速超過調(diào)速器調(diào)節(jié)范圍較大后,其強(qiáng)烈的反饋信號(hào)才通過調(diào)速器實(shí)現(xiàn)反向調(diào)節(jié)的反應(yīng),結(jié)果使調(diào)速反應(yīng)超出了預(yù)定的范圍,造成了轉(zhuǎn)速在其附近反復(fù)有規(guī)律升降的時(shí)快時(shí)慢現(xiàn)象。
In this case, there is too much directional lag in the bidirectional speed control movement of increasing or decreasing fuel supply. When the engine is working, the speed control response will inevitably lag behind the actual speed change, but the lag amount cannot be too large, otherwise it will produce a large adjustment amplitude. The adjustment amplitude is too large, that is, when the speed has already increased or decreased due to the increase or decrease of fuel supply, the fuel will continue to increase or decrease until the speed exceeds the large adjustment range of the speed controller. The strong feedback signal is then reflected through the speed controller to achieve reverse adjustment, resulting in the speed regulation response exceeding the predetermined range, causing the speed to repeatedly rise and fall in a regular pattern near it, which is fast and slow.
供油齒桿不夠靈活
The fuel supply gear rod is not flexible enough
噴油泵的供油齒桿須保持靈活,以保證調(diào)速反應(yīng)的靈敏性。用靈敏的彈簧秤對(duì)齒桿進(jìn)行拉動(dòng)阻力測(cè)試,對(duì)應(yīng)缸噴油泵的拉動(dòng)阻力應(yīng)分別不大于規(guī)定值。由于生銹、柱塞偶件緊固后變形、柱塞彈簧折斷后齒圈與齒桿嚙合處碾傷、齒桿端部軸套嚴(yán)重磨損、撥叉式油量調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的撥叉緊固角度不正確,噴油泵調(diào)速器的推力斜盤和飛球座的安裝或配合不良等原因,都會(huì)影響供油齒桿的靈活性。當(dāng)這種影響靈活性的阻力還未達(dá)到使供油齒桿不能移動(dòng)的程度時(shí),就會(huì)出現(xiàn)時(shí)快時(shí)慢現(xiàn)象(若供油齒桿不能移動(dòng),出現(xiàn)故障現(xiàn)象將視齒桿停留位置不同而有所區(qū)別;例如,柴油發(fā)電機(jī)不能啟動(dòng)、不能熄火、轉(zhuǎn)速不受控制、飛車等)
The fuel supply gear of the fuel injection pump must remain flexible to ensure the sensitivity of the speed control response. Use a sensitive spring scale to test the pulling resistance of the gear rod, and the corresponding cylinder fuel injection pump's pulling resistance should not exceed the specified value. Due to rusting, deformation of the plunger coupling after tightening, grinding of the meshing area between the gear ring and the gear rod after the plunger spring is broken, severe wear of the shaft sleeve at the end of the gear rod, incorrect fastening angle of the shift fork of the oil quantity adjustment mechanism, and poor installation or fit of the thrust swash plate and flying ball seat of the fuel injection pump governor, the flexibility of the fuel supply gear rod can be affected. When the resistance that affects flexibility has not yet reached the point where the fuel supply gear rod cannot move, there will be a phenomenon of fast and slow (if the fuel supply gear rod cannot move, the fault phenomenon will vary depending on the position of the gear rod; for example, diesel generators cannot start, cannot stop, speed is not controlled, and speeding)
穩(wěn)速?gòu)椈烧{(diào)整不當(dāng)
Improper adjustment of the speed stabilizing spring
這與怠速不穩(wěn)定時(shí)穩(wěn)速?gòu)椈烧{(diào)整不當(dāng)相似,是因?yàn)榉€(wěn)速?gòu)椈膳c供油齒桿不能共同靈活的起作用。
This is similar to improper adjustment of the stability spring when idling is unstable, because the stability spring and the fuel supply gear cannot work together flexibly.
