煤礦利用發(fā)電機組尾氣余熱向風井送熱風暖井

(1)在12臺500KW瓦斯發(fā)電機組煙道出口各安裝一套熱管空預(yù)器,每臺瓦斯發(fā)電機組的煙氣流量為2130Nm3/h,可加熱的冷空氣流量為30000Nm3/h,空氣流通阻力小于500Pa,采用兩臺大功率(45kw)風機,將空氣集中加壓送入熱管換熱器中,熱交換后的空氣通過保溫管道和涵洞輸送到煤礦進風井進入井下暖井。
(1) A set of heat pipe air preheater is installed at the flue outlet of each of the 12 500 KW gas generator units. The flue gas flow rate of each gas generator unit is 2130 Nm3/h, the heating cold air flow rate is 30000 Nm3/h, and the air circulation resistance is less than 500 Pa. Two high-power (45 kw) fans are used to pressurize the air into the heat pipe heat exchanger, and the heat exchanged air is transported to the coal mine air inlet shaft through thermal insulation pipes and culverts to enter the underground warming shaft.
(2)為了防止瓦斯發(fā)電機組尾氣泄漏進入井下和井下有害氣體反送,在熱管空預(yù)器熱風出口處設(shè)計了單向止逆電動風門,并安裝了溫度、流量、有害氣體傳感器等輸送監(jiān)控聯(lián)動系統(tǒng),發(fā)生瓦斯發(fā)電機組尾氣泄漏和井下有害氣體反送時,單向止逆電動風門將自動關(guān)閉,熱風機斷電跳閘關(guān)閉。
(2) In order to prevent the leakage of tail gas from the gas generator unit into the underground and the backflow of harmful gas, a one-way check electric damper is designed at the hot air outlet of the heat pipe air preheater, and a transmission monitoring linkage system such as temperature, flow, and harmful gas sensors is installed. (3)安裝后的效果:在冬季零下22℃時,進入風井的熱風流量為24000Nm3/h,入井初始熱風溫度62℃,完全達到熱風設(shè)計要求。
