　　When installing the air filter, it is not allowed to miss, reverse or install the sealing gaskets and rubber connecting pipes incorrectly, and ensure the tightness of each embedded part. The paper dust collector air filter used should be cleaned of dust once every 50-100 hours of operation. The surface dust can be brushed off with a soft bristled brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or it is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Use an oil bath air filter. After every 100-200 hours of operation, clean the filter element with clean diesel and replace the oil inside. If the filter element is broken, it needs to be replaced immediately. Pay attention to adding oil according to regulations during use.

　　機(jī)油濾清器在柴油燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組使用中如不及時(shí)保養(yǎng)，濾芯堵塞、機(jī)油壓力增加，安全閥打開，潤滑油直接流入主油道，會(huì)加劇潤滑表面的磨損，影響柴油燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組的使用壽命。因此，機(jī)油濾清器每工作180-200小時(shí)，就要清洗1次，發(fā)現(xiàn)破損，應(yīng)立即更換，以防止雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入潤滑表面。

　　If the oil filter is not maintained in a timely manner during the use of diesel gas generator sets, the filter element will be blocked, the oil pressure will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubricating oil will directly flow into the main oil passage, which will exacerbate the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of diesel gas generator sets. Therefore, the oil filter should be cleaned once every 180-200 hours of operation. If any damage is found, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubrication surface.

　　燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組換季使用，還應(yīng)清洗曲軸箱和各潤滑表面，方法是用機(jī)油、煤油和柴油混合后作洗滌油，可在機(jī)油放出后加入洗滌油清洗，然后，柴油燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘，再放盡洗滌油，加入新機(jī)油。

　　When the gas generator set is used for seasonal changes, the crankcase and various lubrication surfaces should also be cleaned. The method is to mix engine oil, kerosene, and diesel to make washing oil. After the engine oil is drained, washing oil can be added for cleaning. Then, the diesel gas generator set should be operated at low speed for 3-5 minutes, and the washing oil should be drained before adding new engine oil.

　　燃油供給系統(tǒng)中的各種燃油濾清器，每工作100-200小時(shí)，就應(yīng)清除雜物1次，并對油箱和各輸油管道進(jìn)行全面清洗。在清洗濾芯和密封件時(shí)，應(yīng)特別仔細(xì)，發(fā)現(xiàn)破損，需及時(shí)更換。在季節(jié)過渡換油時(shí)，應(yīng)對整個(gè)燃油供給系統(tǒng)的各零部件進(jìn)行清洗。使用的柴油，應(yīng)符合季節(jié)要求，并需經(jīng)48小時(shí)的沉淀凈化處理。

　　The various fuel filters in the fuel supply system should be cleaned of debris once every 100-200 hours of operation, and the fuel tank and various oil pipelines should be thoroughly cleaned. When cleaning the filter element and seals, special care should be taken and any damage should be replaced promptly. When changing oil during seasonal transitions, all components of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and undergo 48 hours of precipitation purification treatment.

　　注：空氣濾清器、機(jī)油濾清器和燃油濾清器這三種濾清器為易損件，當(dāng)使用超過500小時(shí)，必須要更換新的。這樣才能更好的延長柴油燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組的使用壽命。
