　　所謂的氣體發(fā)生器的碳積累，實際上是氣體和石油不完全燃燒的產(chǎn)物，被注入到燃燒室。積炭是氣體發(fā)生器活塞頂部、燃燒室壁面和閥門周圍較為常見的現(xiàn)象。大量積碳會在一定程度上影響燃氣發(fā)電機組的性能，其更終性能是引起燃燒不良，傳熱惡化，降低噴油器運行的可靠性。

　　The so-called carbon accumulation of gas generator is actually the product of incomplete combustion of gas and oil, which is injected into the combustion chamber. Carbon deposition is a common phenomenon on the top of gas generator piston, combustion chamber wall and around the valve. 　　1.噴油器操作不當，如霧化不良、油滴、燃氣發(fā)生器的噴油壓力過高或過低、噴油太早或太晚、噴油太多等，都會使部分燃油燃燒不完全。

　　1. Improper operation of fuel injector, such as poor atomization, oil drop, too high or too low injection pressure of gas generator, too early or too late injection, too much injection, etc., will cause incomplete combustion of some fuel.

　　2.嚴重的石油通道。

　　2. Serious oil pipeline.

　　3.有嚴重的空氣泄漏。

　　4.冷卻水溫度過低，影響燃料正常燃燒。
